Just like your application process, your automated system is also poor. If you want to save Halo, you want me on the team.

With all your money, you would have thought you could have made a good game... Take your heads and smash it into your xboxs as you have no clue how to make a game and make it work. All you think about is ripping off the players and making it worse!

Hit marks
The hit marks/bullets don't ever *** register. I lose so many easy kills because you *** have single-handedly ruined Halo.
Who ever had the idea of getting rid of radar, especially in ranked, should be fired.

A black box appears on my LG C2 tv when dolby vision opens when starting halo Infinite on series x
I can't talk to 343. It sent me to MS and I've already spoken to them and they said to contact 343 but there is no way to speak with them.
*** *** already destroyed the Halo franchise and now I can't get a hold of them.

Campaign customization problems
Can you direct me over the Microsoft not 33 industries I have a problem with a halo game not with my Xbox there is a problem with my game and the fact that you make it so difficult to contact you is BS and you need to get better at that. I should be able to contact your phone number and talk to somebody directly.

Walking in Circles, can't set off NUKE on HALO 4 for the PC, keep getting killed. SUCKS!!
I have the Master Cheif Collection for the PC, I'm on HALO 4 and need to set off the NUKE I've been carring around, but Cortana is an Idiot and on Drugs. The Blue Arrow takes you in Circles, no Directions, don't know where to go nextDon't waste your money.

To tell 343 industries to get off their thumbs and fix the halo infinite multiplayer issues
Halo Infinite multiplayer is down yet again and has been all morning and I would like 343 industries to fix it immediately or I switch to sony and never use Microsoft ever again.I have spent alot of my hard earned money on microsoft and its game developers and would like to know why 343 industries continues to ignore their fan base or whats left of it anyway and not update/correct the network issues that lots of us Halo fans have been experiencing over and over again.I feel that 343 industries should be more aware of the role handed to them by Microsoft and should take more pride in delivering a positive customer rapport and not ignore these issues with their product under the Microsoft name.

I will not play halo infinite for even 3 days and when i jump back on it keeps setting my campaign to hard difficulty and turns off all my customized settings please fix this
